The first is Spinn3r (which is clearly the coolest):

It’s been a lot of work but today we’re proud to announce the release of Spinn3r.

Spinn3r is an web service that companies can use to index the blogosphere instead of having to write their own spider.

Instead of spending months designing a scalable backend infrastructure and fighting spam you can just start using our spider tomorrow.

The second is that Tailrank is now indexing over 1M weblogs:

This should really help prevent the echo chamber problem which seems all too common with the blogosphere.
